How do I change the price of a product?

- Select Catalog, and then Manage Products.
Search for the product you'd like to edit, click the product to
open it's properties.
- After opening the product, on the left hand side, under Product
Properties, click the Prices link.
- On the right hand side you will see the Price option.
Change the value in the Price textbox to update the price.
- Open a new window in your browser and navigate to the store.
Verify your item is in it's new category. If so, return to the Product
Properties window and click Save. If not, verify you have
selected the correct Category, and that you have clicked
Save.
- OPTIONAL: Special Price,
can be used to show a special sale. If a lower price is placed
in the Special Price box, the customer will see that the
item has been lowered in price on the front of the site. The
number listed in Price will be shown crossed out, with
the Special Price underneath, highlighted. You can also
set aside a specific time-line of how long the Special Price
is available, such as during the Christmas Season. If no dates
are chosen, the special price will be shown indefinitely.
