I cannot sign-in to Webmail, or my inbox is completely empty.

Please verify your password and username are correct. You can copy and paste the username and password directly from the email sent to you by Total1, when your account was created.
If you've successfully logged into the system, and see no messages, it is most likely caused by your e-mail client, like Outlook or Thunderbird, having already downloaded a message.The Webmail system shows only the newest e-mails delivered to your address, since the last time you checked.
When you click the "Send/Receive" Or "Get Mail" button the program downloads all e-mails currently in your inbox, removing them from the server, into your possession. Thus, if you've already checked your e-mail from home or the office, you may see that you have not received a message since you last checked. If you feel this is not the case, please fill out a Support Request.
