How do I Export Contacts from Outlook?

- Open Outlook
- Select Import and Export from the File menu. The Import and Export wizard will then open.
- From the list, you need to select Export to a file from the list. Select the Next button. View Screenshot
- Select Microsoft Excel from the list of file types. Select the Next button. View Screenshot
- Select Contacts from under Mailbox - Your Name. Select the Next button. View Screenshot
- Type the name of the Excel file you are going to create. View Screenshot
- Select the Browse button to make note of where on your hard drive the Excel file will be saved.
- Select the Next button.
- This last screen of the wizard shows you what action you are going to perform. If the appropriate item is checked, select the Finish button. View Screenshot
